Ferndale's cottages and cabins are a great way to experience your vacation on the lake. You can view our cottages or cabins by clicking on the links above. You will be able to see room layouts, views, and seasonal rates. You can also look at our resort diagram to see where your room is located on the resort.
Our cottages and cabins are popular, so you may want to get your reservation in early. Our Resort can take care of most of your needs. We have a store, restaurant, bar, bait shop, marina, gas docks and boat rentals. Our staff is friendly and easygoing. Pets are not allowed without prior approval.

All units are non-smoking. Smoking areas provided outside rooms. Non
compliance is subject to additional charges for cleaning/deodorizing linens and drapes.
All accommodation rates are subject to 9% occupancy tax.
Check In 3:00pm or later. Check Out 11:00am. We will be happy to adjust these times if possible and with prior approval.
Two night minimum on weekends during Summer Season and Concert Weekends.
An additional surcharge of $25.00 per person is charged per day over listed occupancy.
Individual Booking Cancellation Policy : A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a charge . If you do not call at least 48 hours prior to
your arrival you will be charged 25% of your total booking or a minimum of
1 night. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a charge for your total booking.
Group Booking & Holiday Cancellation Policy : A 30 day cancellation
notice is required to avoid a charge. If you do not call at least 30 days
prior to your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit and if canceled less than
2 weeks before arrival, you will be charged 50% of your total booking or a
minimum of 1 night. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a charge
for your total booking.
